Helen became a personal finance journalist after gaining a degree in Economics. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the field and has written for The Observer, The Sunday Times, The Times, Money Observer and other titles. She is also the author of five books on personal finance. She has won a number of awards and commendations for her work. She established the UK Fund Sales Report, monitoring sales of investment funds in the UK, in 1997, which was eventually acquired by Lipper FMI. Helen also joined the editorial team at Lipper FMI, but left to establish Fundscape. She is fluent in German.
